As an Ambassadors Club winner, we welcome you and your significant other to come celebrate your success with the Leadership Team of the Comcast Business Solutions Advisor Program.
- Individual attendee by invitation only.
- Not transferrable and not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent.
- Your guest may not be a current employee of the winning company, or a partner/agent, and must be a minimum of 21 years old.
AIR TRAVEL

- Comcast Business will reimburse airfare for you and your guest up to $500 per person.
- Reimbursement will be made after the conclusion of the event.

TRANSPORTATION
- Upon your flight arrival at the Los Angeles (LAX), Long Beach (LGB), or John Wayne (SNA), please go to the baggage claim area assigned to your flight.
- Please look for the greeter holding a sign with the Comcast Business Ambassadors Club logo.
- Please identify yourself to the greeter and they will assist you with your luggage and escort you to the waiting transportation.
- All actual arrival flight times are monitored, so if your flight arrives early or late, your transportation will still be available when you arrive.
- Should your flight information change, or in the unlikely event that you cannot find the greeter with the sign, please contact Karen Noble at 303-434-1167.
- Ground transportation will be provided for winner and adult guest (21 years and older) only.
- Ground transportation will only be provided on the Program start date of Tuesday, October 22 and Program end date of Friday, October 24.
- For those who choose to arrive early and/or depart on days other than the Program dates detailed above, it will be up to the individual to arrange and pay for their transportation.
- Ground transportation will only be provided from the Los Angeles Airport or Long Beach Airport to/from Terranea Resort.
- Please note that the average travel time from LAX to Terranea Resort is approximately 60 minutes depending on traffic.
- Please note that the average travel time from LGB to Terranea Resort is approximately 45 minutes depending on traffic.
- Please note that the average travel time from SNA to Terranea Resort is approximately 75 minutes depending on traffic.
- All transfers and gratuities have been prepaid.
- Rental Cars, UBER/Lyft, and parking are not eligible for reimbursement
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS (ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN)
Hotel accommodations will be at the Terranea Resort, 100 Terranea Way, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275
- Each winner will be provided one hotel room for 3 nights (tax included), with arrival on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 and departure on Friday, October 25, 2024. All other incidental charges will be at your expense.
- You will need to provide a credit card upon arrival for any room charges. When you arrive at the hotel you will check-in at the main lobby. At that time, you will be given your Welcome Packet that includes your name badges, activity information, and agenda.
- Hotel Check-in time is 4:00PM local time, and Hotel Check-out time is 11:00AM local time. Early Check-in and/or Late Check-out are not guaranteed.
ATTIRE
The weather forecast during our stay shows high temperatures in the mid-70s, and low temperatures in the mid-50s. Please bring a light jacket or sweater for evenings.
- Welcome Reception: Tuesday evening, 10/22/24: Dress for this evening is resort casual.
- Business Update Meeting: Wednesday morning, 10/23/24: Dress for this will be business casual.
- Awards Dinner: Wednesday evening, 10/23/24: Business or Cocktail attire is requested.
- Activities: Thursday, 10/24/24: Dress depending upon your activity selection.
- Dine Around Dinner Event: Thursday evening, 10/24/24: Dress for this evening is resort casual.
GUESTS
This program is for adults (21 years and older) only. If you must travel with a child, you will be liable for transportation to and from the airport, as our company liability does not cover children on any Ambassadors Club contracted transportation. Children are not permitted to attend any Ambassadors Club scheduled events or activities. Therefore, you are responsible for making childcare arrangements while in attendance at these events.
Business Update Meeting: This is for the primary winner only. Please do not bring your guest to the Business Update meeting. This would be a great time for your guest to enjoy the property.
